You DO NOT want to miss this delicious and incredibly fancy dinner (and neither do I!) hosted by Dancing Bear Lodge in Townsend, TN. They’ve got a rockstar lineup and a gorgeous venue (check out the Dancing Bear site to see what I’m talking about!)
The evening will be starting off with a Peach & Yarrow cocktail hour featuring kombucha from Muse and Metta.
Each course will be paired with a vegan wine from Klinkerbrick Winery. This will include their Rosé, Syrah, Cabernet and Albariño. They had me at “wine,” but if you’d like to quiet your internal wine critic, just take a look at their medals & awards page.
Oh yeah, the “dinner” part of this, yes, of course…Speaking of courses, there will be four (see: “fancy dinner”). Featuring Rachel Oldham and Dana Sorenson (both vegan, by the way!) who will be using locally-sourced, organic, seasonal veggies provided by Dancing Bear’s own garden to create some amazing vegan dishes. Just to give you an idea, “Stuffed Squash Blossom & Zucchini Ribbons, Nut Feta, Mint, Melon” will be featured as the second course.
